The advantage of this is that because the inner side of each hull is almost straight through , the bow wave on the inner side , being almost non existent at speed cannot build up in the tunnel thereby giving an extra relative height at the tunnel. On the outside of the hulls, the chine is very close to the waterline, (unlike symmetrical hulls) . This enables the bow wave on the outer side to be guided in a flattish arc away from the hull instead of climbing up the sides. The same hull design is available up to 22 Metres length. The designs are ideal for a number of uses and can be easly customised for any use. Each vessel is custom designed in general arrangement for the client.
Construction is to Lloyd's Survey rules for high speed Catamarans. Computer cutting available as standard.
