The aim of the RCC VGA Planets Ladder is to offer an International standard for ranking VGAP players, which is not limited to one host.
Using this Ladder, VGA players are able to find out who their peers are, and therefore compete against people of their own caliber.
Hosts designing tournaments or other specialized games will be able to find out which players can be counted on to play the whole game, and not just the first few turns.Using the Ladder is simple: all players have to do is play a RCC Ladder ranked game, and hosts need not do much more.
