Retrieves instructions for signing up with the NAVGAP Hosting Service (as a player).
You must be 'signed up' with NAVGAP, before you are able to join any games hosted on NAVGAP.

NAVGAP holds data on all people that have used NAVGAP, so if you think you might already have a NAVGAP identity, please send an email to the Help Desk (navgap-help@navgap.com) and in that email please provide some details about yourself (your real name, possible nickname used, email address you might have used).

Procedure:

1. Create an E-Mail message and address it to navgap@navgap.com.
2. Enter NAVGAP signup as the subject line.
3. Send the message.

Notes:

• You will receive a message from NAVGAP with the subject line NAVGAP New User Instructions. You will be sent that email next time NAVGAP sends email to the Internet (about every 6 minutes).
  This message will contain further instructions and a test RST file (so both you and NAVGAP may confirm that you and it are able to exchange RST and TRN files).
