WARRANTY The purchaser is covered by a six months manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. During this period Pennington Speed Equipment pty Ltd will at its option repair or replace any part which may prove defective through faulty material or poor workmanship.The defective parts must be returned free of charge to us or to the supplier The Company will not be liable for any losses due to abuse, misuse, alteration of or tampering with the equipment( including and not limited to the bending of the equipment) subsequent to the delivery to the purchaser.
