This page details what the column "Game Trn Status" in the gameinfo page means:
"What does Trn Status tell me?"
This column of the gameinfo table is used to show the status of the trn file for each player.
The column displays a nunber of different things, depending on the state of the game, or the condition of a trn file submitted.
The information is as follows:
- Game Taking Players
- " - - - " is displayed.
- "Still Voting" is displayed if the game is asking players if they want to start the game with less than 11 races and they have not submitted a vote.
- "Voted" is displayed if the game is asking players if they want to start the game with less than 11 races and they have submitted a vote.
- "Not Voting" is displayed if the game is asking players if they want to start the game with less than 11 races and this race is not included in the voting.
- "no answer" is displayed if the game has asked the players to confirm they want ot start the game, and they have not replied.
- "Confirmed" is displayed if the game has asked the players to confirm they want ot start the game, and they have replied.
- Game Active
- If a trn file has not been submitted to the game, it will show "no trn file found".
- If a trn file has been successfully entered to the game, it will show the date it was processed by NAVGAP (date and time are in GMT). Note: The date and time that the game info page was updated is shown in the block of text at the bottom of that page (last line of the blue bit)
- If a trn file is submitted, but it fails to be accepted due to a fault with the trn, it will show the reason:
- "Stale" (means the timestamp in the file did not match the timestamp of the game)
- "Invalid" (normally means the data in the file is seen as being incorrect)
- If a trn file is submitted, but it fails to be accepted due to NAVGAP rejecting the file, it will show "Rejected", if there is no valid TRN file already submitted for that race.
NAVGAP will reject a TRN file under the following condtions:
- A registered version TRN file is submitted when a game is a shareware TRN only game.
- A registered version TRN file is submitted and the registration data matches the data of another playing in that same game and that game does not allow matching registration numbers.
- Game Over
- "Game Ended" is displayed
