This page details how to understand the RP and R% information:
On the GameInfo page there is a reference to Player Reliability:. This might be expressed as a percentage value (ranging from 0% to 100%) and/or a point value (ranging from 0% to 100%).
To help reduce the number of players that join games and then quit before the game ends, NAVGAP monitors player reliability (using the RCC Ladder R% and RP systems).
If a player attempts to join a game, and their player reliability is less than the minimum amount set for the game, they will be blocked from joining the game. (They get an email reply telling them that their R% or RP value is not enough to allow them to join the game)
A player may ask the Operator of the game to review the rejected join request. The game operator may then decide to let the player join the game. (In most cases this usually means the player is placed in the game on trust and should they quit the game, they have broken that trust and they will most likely be given a massive penalty for breaking that trust. They are branded as being un-reliable)
Also on the GameInfo page, in the gameinfo table, there are column labelled RP and R%.
The values shown in the table are the individual RP and R% values for the player that is controlling that race.
These values are the numbers that NAVGAP holds in its local player database. The values are updated from information supplied by the RCC Ladder. This update is done everytime NAVGAP sends information to the RCCL concerning the player's ID number (NAVGAP converts its local player ID number to the player's RCCL ID number).
Sometimes a player will join a game and have a reliability that allows them to join the game. During the game, their RP or R% may go up or down, depending on what happens in other games they play in.
