Sends a TRN file to NAVGAP.

Procedure:

1. Create an E-Mail message and address it to navgap@navgap.com.

2. Enter NAVGAP trn [game#] [race#] [your date] [your time] as the subject line.
   • Replace [game#] with the NAVGAP Game Number.
   • Replace [race#] with your Race Number (1-11).
   • Replace [your date] with your date, in any format. The [date] is optional.
   • Replace [your time] with your time, in any format. The [time] is optional

     Examples:
     

     NAVGAP trn 13 11 10/20/99 13:40
     NAVGAP trn 13 11 20/10/99 13:40
     NAVGAP trn 13 11 10/20/99 1340
     NAVGAP trn 13 11 10/20/99 13h40
     NAVGAP trn 13 11 20 Oct 99 1:40 pm
     NAVGAP trn 13 11 Turn 20 version 1
     NAVGAP trn 13 11 T20v1
     NAVGAP trn 13 11 20.1
     

3. Send the message.

Notes:

• The inclusion of the [your date] and [your time] will assist in helping you track your trn emails, should you send more than one trn email to NAVGAP for the same turn number. (the Internet may delay delivery to NAVGAP and they may arrive in a different order to that they were sent) The check turn result file will show what trn email it processed.
  • Date and time can be in any format you want.
  • NAVGAP does not use those values.
    In fact you don't have to use date and time to identify your trn email, you may use anything you like, as long as it helps you to clearly identify the email from any other trn email you send to NAVGAP.
• If you prefer to send your files compressed, NAVGAP will also accept ZIP files. Just attach the zipped file instead of a TRN file. Any file name is acceptable as long as the extension (the three characters after the period in the file name) is ZIP.
