Sets your Secondary E-Mail address (email will be sent to your Primary and Secondary email addresses)

Procedure:

1. Create an E-Mail message and address it to navgap@navgap.com.
2. Enter NAVGAP altemail [acct#] [pass] [new-email] as the subject line.
   • Replace [acct#] with your NAVGAP Account Number.
   • Replace [pass] with your NAVGAP Password.
   • Replace [new-email] with your Secondary E-Mail address
3. Send the message.

Notes:

• For security reasons, a notification will be sent to your primary E-Mail address stating the new address.
  An email will also be sent to the new address, to confirm it is a valid. If the email to that address bounces back (not valid), NAVGAP will revert back to the old address. (this is manually done by the NAVGAP Operator).
• Your email address (primary) must not match the email address of any other user. Should you need to have a matching email address, please contact the Help Desk.
• To clear your secondary email address (so email will only be sent to you primary email addess, send the 'altemail' command but have the last word set as 'clear'.
  example: NAVGAP altemail [acct#] [password] clear
